2. Scope

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, including when you browse it, submit our contact form, or email us. Personal data we process in the course of client engagements is governed by the terms of those engagements.

3. What data we collect and why

When you contact us (through the contact form or by email), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We use this data to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on any related discussions. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an engagement. Providing this information is voluntary, but we cannot respond without a way to contact you.

When you send us a job application (for example, a CV sent to our contact address), we use the information you provide to assess your application and to contact you about it. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before potentially entering into an employment contract.

When you browse the website, technical information is collected, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website. This is collected by Squarespace, our website platform, partly through cookies (see section 7), and by our font providers when your browser loads the fonts used on this website (see section 4). Strictly necessary cookies and font loading are based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the website and our communications, acting on our instructions:

• Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Limited and its affiliate Squarespace, Inc.), which hosts this website and processes contact form submissions and website analytics. For certain data relating to your use of the website, Squarespace acts as an independent controller; see Squarespace's privacy policy for details.

• Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which hosts our business email.

• Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts, which provide the fonts displayed on this website. To display these fonts, your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address and technical information about your browser and device.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for certified providers) and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 6. How long we keep your data

Enquiry and contact data is kept for up to three years from our last contact with you, unless a business relationship develops, in which case it is retained for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require. Job application data is kept for up to two years from our last contact with you if your application is unsuccessful, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Website analytics data is retained according to Squarespace's standard retention settings.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies placed by Squarespace. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website to function and to be kept secure; these do not require consent. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, and are only placed if you accept them via our cookie banner. You can accept, decline or manage your preferences when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link on this website or through your browser settings. 8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;

• have inaccurate data corrected;

• have your data erased;

• restrict or object to our processing of your data, including processing based on our legitimate interests;

• receive your data in a portable format, where applicable;

• withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);

• give instructions on what happens to your personal data after your death.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@myrapartners.com. We will respond within one month, which may be extended in certain circumstances as permitted by law. We may ask you to verify your identity.
